A reflection on our debut art exhibition - Delphi, Greece 2022

Since 2017, I have been part of Art of Life Collective whose shared life, practice, and inquiry gradually crystallized our first five years together into a single, unifying concept: “You are the Eyes through which Creation knows itself.” This entire path began with our Teacher, whose Teaching planted the seed from which everything later emerged. Through simplicity, purity, and authenticity, she offered us a way of living that gradually revealed itself as a way of creating. Her guidance awakened in us the inner potential to shape life consciously, and from that foundation, our collective work took form.

In 2022, our collective presented an exhibition shaped entirely by this concept — a culmination of our inner and outer journeys as artists, friends, and co‑creators.

The Concept: Creation is a Living Cycle

At the heart of the exhibition lies a simple yet profound recognition: Creation is cyclical, endless, and self‑renewing.

The curatorial text expresses this beautifully:

“Endless are the cycles of Creation, where each beginning and end are abolished through the completion of the cycles. Birth – Death – Rebirth. It is life that regenerates itself every moment in the eternal flow.”

This vision places individual consciousness as a point within the infinite present — seemingly separate, yet never truly detached from its origin. Through the struggle to know itself, consciousness reconciles matter and spirit. It ceases to be merely the result of creation and becomes a conscious cause within it.

The awareness gradually broadens and we experience that we -the creation- were always one with the Creator. As individual consciouness expands, we become the bridge between Matter and Spirit.

For me, this realization changed everything. It shifted my focus from producing artworks to cultivating the inner state from which creation arises. The exhibition became a mirror of that transformation.

Art is a Bridge Between Worlds

Our collective’s concept serves as a framework for artists to engage with a reality far larger than the mind can grasp. By working with the ancient law of proportion — “As Above, so Below; as within, so without” — we explore the bridges between: microcosm and macrocosm, individual and collective, human and universal.

Art becomes a field where these connections can be felt, not just understood. As consciousness expands, limiting beliefs fall away. A new perspective reshapes motivation, willpower, and possibility. In this state, creation becomes an act of true freedom.

The Artbook: A Testament to the Creative Nature of Life

Alongside the exhibition, we created an artbook under the same title. It deepens the exploration of Creation as both a universal force and a personal responsibility. One excerpt captures this essence:

“Life as a whole is the Work of the Creator; the personal life of every human being is its own creation and at the same time part of the Great Creation. We are all creators — consciously or unconsciously; we are the cause of the reality that we experience.”

Creation is not limited to artworks. We create thoughts, relationships, objects, systems, entire civilizations. The quality of our presence determines the quality of what we bring into the world.

As we become more conscious, we perceive more. As we become more sensuous, the mysteries of Creation reveal themselves. In the immediacy of experience, we begin to recognize the sacredness hidden in the tangible world — a beauty that becomes the foundation for creating something higher.

A Living Journey

For me, this exhibition was not simply a presentation of artworks. It was a milestone in a long inner journey — one shared with a group of people who have become both collaborators and companions in the exploration of consciousness, creativity, and life itself.

To create is to participate in the unfolding of existence. To witness creation through our own eyes is to remember our origin. And to offer our work to the world is to take part in the endless cycle of Birth, Death, and Rebirth.

This exhibition was a moment within that cycle — a point of clarity, a breath, a recognition. And like all true beginnings, it opens the way for what comes next.
